Guild Ship (material planner)
Full guild-ship material tables: 3 stages × 16 delivery rounds, recipe chains, weekly caps.
Key facts
- Pure life-skill/logistics content — no boss, no combat. Guild-wide gathering + processing + delivery.
- 16 delivery rounds across 3 stages at the Colhen cat-sailor NPC; weekly purchase caps (beeswax etc.) gate guild-wide pace.
- The finished ship = guild social space + raid-departure vessel. No stat buff — prestige.

3 stages in total (the ship grows stage by stage). Delivery rounds: stage 1 has 3, stage 2 has 4, stage 3 has 9 (3-1~3-9) = 16 deliveries in all. Each round carries a construction-section name such as 'laying the keel'. Each round always asks for 3 materials · KR-S1 · HIGH

The guild ship itself has no bosses, dungeons or combat gimmicks. It is purely life-skill co-op content (gathering, processing, delivering). The whole 'strategy' is material supply routes and how you split the workforce · KR-S1 · HIGH

Materials are not revealed all at once in advance but round by round (stage 1: announced 2025-08-04/11/18; stage 2 materials in early-to-mid September; 3-4~3-9 revealed around 2025-10-19). You cannot know the next round's materials ahead of time, so stockpiling carries risk · KR-S1 · HIGH

After the 2025-10-02 maintenance, stage 3 delivery materials were cut sharply (e.g. 3-2 Lumber+ 5,000→1,200, Rope 1,440→390; 3-3 Special Steel Ingot 900→300). Stages 1 and 2 got no reduction (out of respect for guilds that had already finished). Materials already delivered are not refunded. A follow-up to the BIG CAMPFIRE showcase Q&A · KR-S1 · HIGH

Even after a delivery is complete, each section has a construction (build) time. Processing the materials also takes a lot of time: gathering 3,340 Logs takes about 54 hours 16 minutes (1 person); all of stage 1 round 1's materials come to hundreds of hours for 1 person, or about 29 hours 24 minutes when a 30-person guild splits it · KR-S1 · MED

Most materials come from field gathering (logging, mining, hoeing, wool, crops, mushrooms, magic gathering). AFK auto-gathering on the PC client is the standard approach. Right after the update there was a bug that blocked gathering 10 or more; it was fixed on 9/4 · KR-S1 · MED

In TW the guild ship construction feature opened earlier than planned on 2026-08-05, then was closed in the 8/6 emergency maintenance. The 8/12 scheduled maintenance clawed back the Guild Coins and contribution earned from deliveries, reset progress and returned materials. The 9/9, 9/16 and 9/30 TW patch notes carry no reopening notice — as of 2026-10-02 it is not live in TW. KR launched it on 2025-08-21 · TW · HIGH

Logs, Fine Logs, Fine Logs+, Hard/Soft Logs, Tree Sap → Lumber+ / Fine Lumber(+) / Hard and Soft Lumber · By far the largest share of the total volume (13,000+ Logs in stage 1 alone, Tree Sap by the tens of thousands in stage 3). With all 30 members of a guild active: stage 1 round 1 takes about 29 hours, stage 2 about 2 days per round. A small elite crew can do it (one case of 3 people finishing stage 1), but stage 3 is effectively large-guild-only · Workforce allocation is the strategy · MED
