The mail itself expires 9/12, and the 10 small silver boxes inside die at 9/14 23:59. The Eve Festival On-Time mails are looser, expiring 9/23; but the 10 top-grade outfit tickets for “4 cumulative login days” are sent after the event ends, so not seeing them on day one is not a missing mail. The package converts to roughly 1.75 days of gem boxes plus 5 hours of silver regeneration — small, with deadlines short enough to vanish over one weekend. The shortest cell is 9/10. It is two days before the mail expiry, so “the mail is still there, so it’s fine” is wrong: on 9/11 the mail sits there and the compensation is already unclaimable.

Small silver boxes: one coin each, use within five days
Ten small silver boxes, one silver coin each, usable until 9/14 23:59. This is the item’s own expiry, unrelated to the mail — claim on 9/10, leave them to 9/15, and they are gone. Ten silver in scale: at one coin per 30 minutes, ten = 5 hours of natural regeneration, or one normal dungeon run. The new mines cost ten per run — these boxes are exactly one of the mines’ 8 first-clear runs. One detail: regeneration stops at 100 held. If you are already at 100, spend a run before opening, or the box’s coin lands on the cap — the boxes last until 9/14, five days to find a gap.
70,000 gold: under two days of gem boxes
70,000 gold sounds like a sum. Converted: the gold shop’s 10 daily gem boxes cost about 400,000 (where gold goes), 40,000 each. 70,000 = 1.75 gem boxes. Spirit Wings 200 are for teleporting, three curse removal potions help when a rune-engraving enhancement fails, one dish box. The package is “an apology for five and a half hours of maintenance”, not an event reward — leave it out of the week’s resource plan.
On-Time: not seeing the 10 tickets today is normal
Eve Festival On-Time paid 5 top-grade outfit tickets per login day (10 on 9/8), 40 across the seven days, plus a rebirth stone box on 9/5. Those mails expire 9/23, far looser than the compensation.
The extra 10 tickets for “4 or more cumulative login days” follow a different rule: the notice says they are sent in order after the event ends. The event ended 9/8 23:59, so these 10 may not have arrived on day one, and not arriving is not a missing mail. Their expiry once they land is not announced; claim on the day they arrive and the question never arises.

One thing people mix up
“Claim deadline” and “mail expiry” are two things. The first is the last moment you can press claim; the second is when the mail leaves the box. Taiwan’s compensation mails usually keep two days between them, and the shorter one governs. This time the shorter one is 9/10.
What to do now
- Day one: claim the compensation (before 9/10) and every On-Time mail.
- Before opening the small silver boxes, confirm silver is not at 100; use them all before 9/14.
- Check the mailbox once a day from 9/9 to 9/12 for the 10 tickets.
What would overturn this: the notice says maintenance may end early or be extended, and if it overruns the announced time, Taiwan’s custom is a second package with new dates (the “extension package” in the compensation-tier article); those dates then govern.
